Whenever it appears to the Administrator that any person has\n\nengaged or is about to engage in any act or practice constituting a\n\nviolation of this Code or any rule or order hereunder, he may bring\n\nan action in the name of the state in the district court of Oklahoma\n\nCounty or the district court in any other county where service can\n\nbe obtained on one or more of the defendants to enjoin the acts or\n\npractices and to enforce compliance with this Code or any rule or\n\norder hereunder, or he may refer the matter to the Attorney General\n\nor the district attorney of the appropriate district. Upon a proper\n\nshowing, the court may grant a permanent or temporary injunction or\n\nrestraining order, or may appoint a receiver for the defendant or\n\nthe defendant's assets or may order rescission of any sales or\n\npurchases of subdivided lands determined to be unlawful under this\n\nCode or any rule or order hereunder. The court may not require the\n\nAdministrator to post a bond.\n\nB. The Administrator may intervene in a suit involving\n\nsubdivided land required to be registered under this Code.
