Any person who willfully violates any provision of this\n\nCode, or any rule under this Code, or any order of which the person\n\nhas notice, or who violates Section 654 of this title, knowing or\n\nhaving reasonable cause to believe that the statement made was false\n\nor misleading in any material respect, shall be guilty of a Class D3\n\nfelony offense and may be fined not more than Twenty-five Thousand\n\nDollars ($25,000.00), or imprisoned as provided for in subsections B\n\nthrough F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or\n\nboth.\n\nB. The Administrator may refer such evidence as is available\n\nconcerning violations of this Code or any rule or order hereunder to\n\nthe Attorney General or the district attorney of the appropriate\n\ndistrict, who may, with or without any reference, institute the\n\nappropriate criminal proceedings. The Attorney General or district\n\nattorney may designate and appoint one or more lawyers of the\n\nDepartment of Securities as special assistants as available for the\n\npurpose of assisting in or conducting all criminal prosecutions\n\narising by reason of proceedings under this section.\n\nC.
