A document is filed when it is received by the\n\nAdministrator.\n\nB. The Administrator shall keep a record of all licenses and\n\nregistration statements which are or have ever been effective under\n\nthis Code and all denial, suspension, or revocation orders which\n\nhave been entered under this Code. The record shall be open for\n\npublic inspection.\n\nC. The information contained in or filed with any application\n\nfor registration or report shall be made available to the public in\n\naccordance with rules prescribed by the Administrator.\n\nD. Subject to the provisions of subsection D of Section 633 of\n\nthis Code, the Administrator upon request shall furnish to any\n\nperson at a reasonable charge copies, certified under the seal of\n\noffice of the Administrator, if certification is requested, of any\n\nentry in the record or any order on file in the office of the\n\nAdministrator. Any copy so certified is admissible in evidence in\n\ntrials and other proceedings.\n\nE.
