The provisions of this Code concerning dispositions and\n\noffers to dispose of subdivided land apply when a disposition or\n\noffer to dispose is made in this state or when an offer to purchase\n\nis made and accepted in this state. An offer to dispose includes\n\nsolicitation of an offer to purchase. The provisions concerning\n\npurchases and offers to purchase apply when a purchase or offer to\n\npurchase is made in this state or an offer to dispose is made and\n\naccepted in this state.\n\nB. For the purpose of this section, an offer to dispose or to\n\npurchase subdivided land is made in this state, whether or not\n\neither party is then present in this state, when the offer\n\noriginates from this state or is directed by the offeror to this\n\nstate and received by the offeree in this state, but, for the\n\npurpose of Section 621 of this Code, an offer to dispose which is\n\nnot directed to or received by the offeree in this state is not made\n\nin this state. An offer which is made to or accepted by a person\n\nwho has been induced to travel from this state for the purpose of\n\nreceiving the offer or making the acceptance shall be deemed to have\n\nbeen made or accepted in this state.\n\nC. For the purpose of this section, an offer to purchase or\n\ndispose is accepted in this state when acceptance is communicated to\n\nthe offeror in this state. Acceptance is communicated to the\n\nofferor in this state, whether or not either party is then present,\n\nwhen the offeree directs the acceptance to the offeror in this state\n\nreasonably believing the offeror to be in this state and the\n\nacceptance is received by the offeror in this state.\n\nD.
