In order to register a business opportunity, the seller\n\nshall file with the Administrator a disclosure document prepared\n\npursuant to Section 808 of this title with the appropriate cover\n\nsheet as required by Section 808 of this title, a consent to service\n\nof process as specified in subsection B of this section, the\n\nappropriate fee set forth in Section 829 of this title, and any\n\nother information determined by the Administrator to be necessary.\n\nB. Every seller shall file the consent to service of process\n\nrequired by Section 818 of this title.\n\nC. A registration automatically becomes effective upon the\n\nexpiration of fifteen (15) full business days after a complete\n\nfiling, provided that no order has been issued or that no proceeding\n\nis pending pursuant to Section 810 of this title. The Administrator\n\nmay by order waive or reduce the time period prior to effectiveness,\n\nprovided that a complete filing has been made. The Administrator\n\nmay by order defer the effective date until the expiration of\n\nfifteen (15) full business days after the filing of any amendment.\n\nFor purposes of this subsection, a filing shall be deemed complete\n\nupon receipt by the Administrator of the items described in\n\nsubsections A and B of this section.\n\nD. The registration is effective for one (1) year commencing on\n\nthe day of effectiveness and may be renewed annually upon the filing\n\nof a current disclosure document accompanied by any documents or\n\ninformation that the Administrator may by rule or order require. A\n\nrenewal fee as set forth in Section 829 of this title shall\n\naccompany each request for renewal. Failure to renew upon the close\n\nof the one-year period of effectiveness will result in expiration of\n\nthe registration. The Administrator may by rule or order require\n\nthe filing of a sales report and payment of a report filing fee as\n\nset forth in Section 829 of this title.\n\nE.
