It is unlawful and shall be deemed a Class C2 felony offense\n\nfor any person to offer or sell any business opportunity, as defined\n\nin Section 802 of this title, unless the business opportunity\n\ncontract or agreement is in writing and a copy of the contract or\n\nagreement is given to the purchaser at the time the purchaser signs\n\nthe contract or agreement.\n\nB. Contracts or agreements shall set forth in at least ten-\n\npoint type the following:\n\n1. The terms and conditions of any and all payments due to the\n\nseller;\n\n2. The seller's principal business address and the name and\n\naddress of the seller's agent in this state authorized to receive\n\nservice of process;\n\n3. The business form of the seller, whether corporate,\n\npartnership or otherwise;\n\n4. The delivery date or, when the contract provides for a\n\nperiodic delivery of items to the purchaser, the approximate\n\ndelivery date of the product, equipment or supplies the seller is to\n\ndeliver to the purchaser to enable the purchaser to start his or her\n\nbusiness; and\n\n5.
