The Oklahoma Business Opportunity Sales Act shall be\n\nadministered by the Administrator.\n\nB. It is unlawful and shall be deemed a Class C2 felony offense\n\nfor the Administrator or any of his or her officers or employees to\n\nuse for personal benefit any information which is filed with or\n\nobtained by the Administrator and which is not made public. No\n\nprovision of the Oklahoma Business Opportunity Sales Act authorizes\n\nthe Administrator or any of the Administrator's officers or\n\nemployees to disclose any such information except among themselves\n\nor when necessary or appropriate in a proceeding or investigation\n\nunder the act or in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies.\n\nNo provision of the Oklahoma Business Opportunity Sales Act either\n\ncreates or derogates from any privilege which exists at common law\n\nor otherwise when documentary or other evidence is sought under a\n\nsubpoena directed to the Administrator or any of the Administrator's\n\nofficers or employees.","path":["OK Code","Title 71"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os71.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c55b78b8578353aaaaf5a8d19b6b3dc92b5fc5f5478d5f13494d3045661950b0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-71-71-811","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-71-71-813"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
