The Administrator may make, amend and rescind rules, forms\n\nand orders as are necessary to carry out the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Business Opportunity Sales Act including rules and forms\n\ngoverning disclosure documents, applications and reports, and\n\ndefining any terms, whether or not used in the Oklahoma Business\n\nOpportunity Sales Act insofar as the definitions are not\n\ninconsistent with the provisions of the act. For the purpose of\n\nrules and forms, the Administrator may classify business\n\nopportunities, persons and matters within his or her jurisdiction,\n\nand prescribe different requirements for different classes.\n\nB. No rule, form or order may be made, amended or rescinded\n\nunless the Administrator finds that the action is necessary or\n\nappropriate in the public interest or for the protection of the\n\npurchaser. In prescribing rules and forms the Administrator may\n\ncooperate with the administrators of other jurisdictions with a view\n\nto effectuating the policy of the Oklahoma Business Opportunity\n\nSales Act to achieve maximum uniformity in the form and content of\n\ndisclosure statements, applications, and reports whenever\n\npracticable.\n\nC.
