Stat. tit. 71, § 71-821","heading":"Conclusiveness of filed document","body":"Neither the fact that an application for registration has been\n\nfiled nor the fact that a business opportunity is effectively\n\nregistered constitutes a finding by the Administrator that any\n\ndocument filed pursuant to the Oklahoma Business Opportunity Sales\n\nAct is true, complete and not misleading. Neither any such fact nor\n\nthe fact that an exemption or exception is available for a business\n\nopportunity means that the Administrator has passed in any way upon\n\nthe merits or qualifications of, or recommended or given approval\n\nto, any person or business opportunity.
