Any person who willfully violates Section 806, subsection A\n\nof Section 808, subsection A of Section 809, Sections 811, 812, 819,\n\n821 or 822 of this title or who willfully violates any rule under\n\nthe act or who willfully violates any order of which the person has\n\nnotice, or who violates Section 820 of this title knowing that the\n\nstatement made was false or misleading in any material respect,\n\nshall be guilty of a Class C2 felony offense and may upon conviction\n\nbe fined not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or\n\nimprisoned as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20M\n\nof Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or both, for each offense.\n\nEach of the acts specified shall constitute a separate offense and a\n\nprosecution or conviction for any one of such offenses shall not bar\n\nprosecution or conviction for any other offense.\n\nB. The Administrator may refer such evidence as may be\n\navailable concerning violations of the Oklahoma Business Opportunity\n\nSales Act or any rule or order hereunder to the Attorney General of\n\nthe State of Oklahoma or the district attorney for the county where\n\na violation occurred, who may, with or without such a reference,\n\ninstitute the appropriate criminal proceedings under the act. The\n\nAttorney General or district attorney may designate and appoint one\n\nor more lawyers of the Department as special assistants available\n\nfor the purpose of assisting in or conducting all criminal\n\nprosecutions arising by reason of proceedings under this section.\n\nC.
