Any person who violates Section 806, subsection A of Section\n\n808, subsection A of Section 809 or Section 811 of this title, is\n\nliable to the purchaser who may sue either at law or in equity for\n\nrescission, for recovery of all money and other valuable\n\nconsideration paid for the business opportunity and for actual\n\ndamages, together with interest at the legal rate from the date of\n\nsale, reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.\n\nB.
