No action shall be maintained under subsection A of Section\n\n824 of this title unless commenced before the expiration of three\n\n(3) years after the act or transaction constituting the sale. No\n\naction shall be maintained under subsection B of Section 824 of this\n\ntitle unless commenced before the expiration of two (2) years after\n\nthe untruth or omission was, or in the exercise of reasonable care\n\nshould have been, discovered, or such longer term of limitation as\n\nmay be otherwise provided by law.\n\nB. The rights and remedies under the Oklahoma Business\n\nOpportunity Sales Act are in addition to any other rights or\n\nremedies that may exist at law or in equity.\n\nC.
