Unless otherwise provided for by law, the following shall be\n\nthe fees charged pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Business\n\nOpportunity Sales Act. Once paid, the fees shall be nonrefundable.\n\n1. Registration filing fee $250.00\n\n2. Registration renewal fee $150.00\n\n3. Review of sales literature or advertising package $ 50.00\n\n4. Sales report filing fee $ 50.00\n\n5. Interpretive opinion or no-action request $250.00\n\n6. Request for order of exemption $250.00\n\nB.
