Any guardianship established under the authority of the\n\nRevised Uniform Veterans' Guardianship Act and in existence on\n\nNovember 1, 2019, shall comply with the provisions of Title 30 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes for guardianships for an incapacitated person\n\nor partially incapacitated adult person and shall remain in full\n\nforce and effect unless modified or terminated.\n\n2. All guardians shall retain the powers assigned to them,\n\nunless otherwise modified or terminated by the court.\n\nB.
