Has served the full obligation for active duty, Reserve or\n\nNational Guard service in the uniformed service as defined in\n\nSection 14-137 of Title 26 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or received an\n\nearly discharge for a medical condition, hardship, or reduction in\n\nforce; and\n\n2.
