Stat. tit. 72, § 72-221.2A","heading":"State Veterans Home at Lawton - Development - Operation","body":"and administration - Legal description.\n\nEffective April 16, 1997, the Oklahoma Department of Veterans\n\nAffairs is directed within the availability and limitations of its\n\nrevolving funds, not otherwise encumbered or specified, to proceed\n\nwith the development of a new State Veterans Home facility at\n\nLawton, Oklahoma.\n\nIn addition to the State Veterans Homes established by Sections\n\n203, 221, 221.1, 221.2, 226 and 229 of this title, the facility\n\nknown as the State Veterans Home, Lawton/Ft.
