The Department of Veterans Affairs shall develop and adopt\n\nprocedures for competitively bidding an agreement for supplies and\n\nservices under Medicare Part B as approved by the Director of\n\nCentral Purchasing.\n\nB. Upon the effective date of this act, the Department of\n\nVeterans Affairs shall annually compile a list of Medicare Part B\n\nsupplies and services in use in veterans centers throughout the\n\nstate.\n\nC. The Department shall, upon request, make such list\n\navailable, along with information on the Department's competitive\n\nbid procedures, to any vendor interested in providing supplies and\n\nservices under Medicare Part B.\n\nD. Vendors may subsequently participate in competitive bidding\n\nby submitting a sealed itemized bid to the Department.
