The State of Oklahoma accepts the provisions of the Act of\n\nCongress of August 27, 1888, as amended, 1934 Edition U.S. Code,\n\nTitle 24, Section 134, and of any other federal law or Act of\n\nCongress providing for the payment of funds to states for the care\n\nof, or support of, disabled soldiers and sailors in state homes, and\n\nit shall be the duty of the Oklahoma Veterans Commission to obtain\n\nsuch federal aid and assistance as is available under the aforenamed\n\nAct of Congress, or otherwise. All such funds received from the\n\nUnited States or any federal agency, for such care, shall be\n\ndeposited in a federal fund created by the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services as provided by law.\n\nB. All Oklahoma veterans nursing facilities shall participate\n\nin the state veterans homes per diem grant program administered by\n\nthe United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
