Until operations are transferred pursuant to subsection B of\n\nthis section, there is hereby established, in addition to the other\n\nState Veterans Homes established by this title, the State Veterans\n\nHome at Talihina, Oklahoma, on the site of the Oklahoma State\n\nSanatorium, Talihina, Oklahoma.\n\nB.
