Stat. tit. 72, § 72-242","heading":"Officers - Rules and regulations - Qualifications and","body":"duties of staff.\n\nThe State Accrediting Agency shall:\n\n(a) Select its officers from its membership.\n\n(b) Adopt necessary rules governing its proceedings.\n\n(c) Be authorized to appoint and fix the compensation of a\n\ndirector, shall employ and fix the duties and compensation of such\n\nclerical or other assistants necessary to effectuate the provisions\n\nof Sections 241 and 242 of this title, and approve all expenditures.\n\nThe Agency shall elect officers annually. Except as provided in\n\nSections 840.8 and 840.10 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes, all\n\nofficers, positions and employees of the State Accrediting Agency\n\nshall be subject to the provisions of the Merit System of Personnel\n\nAdministration as created by the Oklahoma Personnel Act, Section\n\n840.1 et seq. of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes and the rules\n\npromulgated thereunder.
