To qualify for the benefits of free tuition the descendant\n\nof a serviceman must:\n\n1. Prove his relationship to the missing or captured parent;\n\nand\n\n2. Satisfy the entrance and eligibility requirements imposed by\n\nthe technology center school.\n\nB.
