Stat. tit. 72, § 72-306","heading":"Quota system","body":"In the event that any technology center school is being\n\nseriously handicapped in its ability to provide an education or\n\ntraining for all of its students as a result of a disproportionate\n\namount of tuition-free students, then the administrative officer of\n\nsuch school shall certify as to the handicapped condition to the\n\nState Board of Career and Technology Education who shall be\n\npermitted to establish a quota system for the institution. A\n\nschedule of guidelines and priorities shall be established for\n\ntaking students, as well as limiting the number of tuition-free\n\nstudents who may enroll.
