There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund for the\n\nOklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs to be designated the \"K-I-A\n\nReinterment Fund\". The fund balance shall not exceed Three Hundred\n\nThousand Dollars ($300,000.00) and shall consist of:\n\n1. All monies apportioned or allocated to the fund pursuant to\n\nlaw;\n\n2. Any amounts appropriated by the Legislature to the fund; and\n\n3. Gifts, grants, and other donations received for the fund.\n\nB. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department of\n\nVeterans Affairs for the purposes of disinterring those who were\n\nkilled in action while in combat with a hostile force and\n\nreinterment in a State Veterans Cemetery. Expenditures from the\n\nfund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer\n\nagainst claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and\n\npayment.\n\nC. The Director of the Department of Veterans Affairs shall\n\nestablish the application procedure and the criteria for awarding\n\nfinancial assistance.\n\nD.
