Stat. tit. 72, § 72-350","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. \"Veteran\" means a person who was a resident of this state at\n\nthe time of his induction into the Armed Forces of the United States\n\nof America, or was a resident of this state as of January 1, 1981,\n\nand is currently a resident of this state, who served in Vietnam,\n\nCambodia or Laos during the Vietnam Conflict;\n\n2. \"Agent Orange\" means the herbicide composed primarily of\n\ntrichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4,5 T) and dichlorophenoxyacetic acid\n\n(2,4 D) and its contaminant tetrachlorodibenzo-para-dioxin (dioxin,\n\nTCDD);\n\n3. \"Department\" means the State Department of Health;\n\n4. \"Resident of this state\" means a person who has any one of\n\nthe following:\n\na. a valid Oklahoma driver's license,\n\nb. an automobile registered within the state,\n\nc. a valid Oklahoma voter identification card, or\n\nd. any other valid identification as determined by the\n\nDepartment;\n\n5. \"Committee\" means the Agent Orange Outreach Committee; and\n\n6. \"Commissioner\" means the Commissioner of Health.","path":["OK Code","Title 72"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os72.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7e29bec9b98943c668a79aefc8b5cae28ba94d7ef1620b5430208302ad787284","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-72-72-35","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-72-72-351"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
