The Department, with the assistance of the Committee, shall\n\ncompile and evaluate information received and actions taken pursuant\n\nto this act in a report to be distributed annually to the Governor,\n\nto the members of the Legislature and other interested institutions\n\nor groups.\n\nB. The Department must obtain consent from each veteran or\n\nindividual examined pursuant to Section 9 of this act. All\n\ninformation obtained from a veteran or individual shall be\n\nconfidential and shall only be used for purposes of the study. The\n\nDepartment shall compile and evaluate information obtained from\n\nthese studies in a report to be distributed as provided by\n\nsubsection A of this section.\n\nC. The Department may request and shall receive from any state\n\nagency such assistance and data as is necessary for the Department\n\nto carry out the provisions of this act.
