The Department and the health science centers and other\n\nmedical facilities of the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma\n\nChildren's Hospital, University Hospital or the Oklahoma College of\n\nOsteopathic Medicine shall institute a cooperative program to:\n\n1. Refer veterans to appropriate state and federal agencies for\n\nthe purpose of filing claims to remedy medical and financial\n\nproblems caused by the veteran's exposure to chemical defoliants or\n\nherbicides or other causative agents including Agent Orange; and\n\n2. Initiate an education program for health professionals on\n\nthe detection, diagnosis and treatment of the symptoms associated\n\nwith exposure to chemical defoliants or herbicides or other\n\ncausative agents including Agent Orange.\n\nB.
