Stat. tit. 72, § 72-360","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. \"Veteran\" means a person who is currently a resident of this\n\nstate, who served on and after August 2, 1990, during the Gulf War\n\nin the southwest Asia theater of operations, which includes Iraq,\n\nKuwait, Saudi Arabia, the neutral zone between Iraq and Saudi\n\nArabia, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, the Gulf of\n\nAden, the Gulf of Oman, the Persian Gulf, the Arabian Sea, the Red\n\nSea, and the airspace above these locations;\n\n2. \"Department\" means the State Department of Health;\n\n3. \"Resident of this state\" means a person who has any one of\n\nthe following:\n\na. a valid Oklahoma driver license or license for\n\nidentification only,\n\nb. a motor vehicle registered within the state,\n\nc. a valid Oklahoma voter identification card, or\n\nd. any other valid identification as determined by the\n\nDepartment;\n\n4. \"Committee\" means the Gulf War Syndrome Outreach Committee;\n\n5. \"Commissioner\" means the State Commissioner of Health; and\n\n6. \"Board\" means the State Board of Health.","path":["OK Code","Title 72"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os72.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5ae7f7831fb04411dddb90000f7e655ef4ebf6fcb9512bbbeff47bb98302b37a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-72-72-36","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-72-72-361"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
