The Department, with the assistance of the Committee, shall\n\ncompile and evaluate information received from and actions taken by\n\nthe physician or other qualified health care professional, or a\n\nhospital or other health care facility, in a report to be\n\ndistributed annually to the Governor, the Legislature, the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Veterans Affairs and, upon request, to other\n\ninterested parties.\n\nB. All information obtained from a veteran or individual shall\n\nbe confidential and shall only be used for purposes of the study.\n\nC. The Department may request and shall receive from any state\n\nagency such assistance and data as is necessary for the Department\n\nto implement the provisions of this act.\n\nD. The identity of a veteran, the subject of a report made\n\npursuant to the provisions of this act, may not be disclosed unless\n\nthe veteran consents to the disclosure.
