Stat. tit. 72, § 72-411","heading":"Oklahoma Veteran Housing Program Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs to\n\nbe designated the \"Oklahoma Veteran Housing Program\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all\n\nmonies received by the Oklahoma Department of\n\nVeterans Affairs in the form of donations, appropriations\n\nor other monies for such fund. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be\n\nbudgeted and expended by the Department for the\n\npurpose of providing grants to eligible veterans as\n\nprovided by law.
