The Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs shall create and\n\nmaintain a registry of all veterans in this state by January 1,\n\n2020, which shall be titled the \"Oklahoma Veterans Registry\". The\n\nregistry shall include the following information regarding the\n\nveteran:\n\n1. Name;\n\n2. Military rank and branch of service;\n\n3. Dates of service;\n\n4. Percentage of service-connected disability, if applicable;\n\n5. Date of death and place of interment, if applicable; and\n\n6. Name of the veteran's spouse, if applicable.\n\nB. As a component of the veterans registry created pursuant to\n\nsubsection A of this section, the Oklahoma Department of Veterans\n\nAffairs shall designate those veterans within the registry as one\n\nhundred percent (100%) service-disabled Oklahoma veterans, if\n\napplicable. The registry designation shall also be maintained as a\n\nseparate list within the registry for all one hundred percent (100%)\n\nservice-disabled Oklahoma veterans. The Department shall be\n\nresponsible for verification of all information provided through the\n\nregistry and shall verify veteran service disability status at least\n\nonce every four (4) years or upon request of the Oklahoma Tax\n\nCommission, as needed to verify eligibility for the sales tax\n\nexemption authorized in paragraph 34 of Section 1357 of Title 68 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs may promulgate\n\nrules for implementing the provisions of this section.\n\nD.
