The Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs may accept and\n\nreceive any and all gifts, donations, devices, bequests, grants or\n\ncontracts of any kind for money or property, either real or personal\n\nincluding but not limited to military memorabilia, artifacts or\n\nequipment, whether conditionally or unconditionally given.\n\nB. The Department is directed, authorized and empowered to hold\n\nsuch funds or property outright or in trust, invest or sell the\n\nproperty, and to use the principal or interest or proceeds of sale\n\nfor the benefit of current or future Veterans programs, facility\n\nconstruction, repair or improvements or departmental operations.\n\nC. The Department shall utilize its best efforts to comply with\n\nthe terms of any conditional gift, devise or bequest in fulfillment\n\nof the donor's stipulations and provisions of applicable laws. Any\n\nreal or personal property donated with conditions which are at any\n\ntime determined infeasible to meet or continue may be returned to\n\nthe donor, or if the donor is no longer living, if a natural person,\n\nor no longer a legally organized entity, for organizations, then the\n\nproperty may be sold and the proceeds of the sale deposited in the\n\nDepartment's general fund or the property may be further donated in\n\nkind to a veterans' service organization.\n\nD.
