As used in this section, \"license\" means any license issued\n\npursuant to:\n\n1. Title 59, Professions and Occupations; and\n\n2. Title 5, Attorneys and State Bar.\n\nB. Any license held by a member of the National Guard or\n\nreserve component of the armed forces that expires while the member\n\nis on active duty shall be extended until one hundred twenty (120)\n\ndays after the member is discharged from active duty status.\n\nC. The licensing agency shall renew a license extended pursuant\n\nto subsection B until the next date that the license expires or for\n\nthe period that the license is normally issued, at no cost to the\n\nmember of the National Guard or reserve component of the armed\n\nforces if all of the following conditions are met:\n\n1. The National Guard member or reservist requests renewal of\n\nthe license within one hundred twenty (120) days after being\n\ndischarged;\n\n2. The National Guard member or reservist provides the\n\nlicensing agency with a copy of the official orders of the member or\n\nreservist calling the member or reservist to active duty, and\n\nofficial orders discharging the member or reservist from active\n\nduty; and\n\n3. The National Guard member or reservist meets all the\n\nrequirements necessary for the renewal of the license, except the\n\nmember or reservist need not meet the requirements, if any, that\n\nrelate to continuing education or training.\n\nD.
