Stat. tit. 72, § 72-63.1","heading":"Commission and Department created - Cabinet-level status","body":"- Composition - Administration.\n\nThere is hereby created the Oklahoma Veterans Commission, and\n\nthe Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs, which shall be a\n\ncabinet-level department pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.3\n\nof Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The Department shall consist\n\nof a departmental headquarters and such Veterans Centers as are\n\noperated by the Department. The Department shall be administered\n\nunder such rules, regulations and policies as may be prescribed by\n\nthe Oklahoma Veterans Commission.
