The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall, from\n\nthe effective date of this act, furnish an Oklahoma state flag to\n\nany member of the United States Armed Forces, including the National\n\nGuard or Armed Forces reserve, who is either killed in the line of\n\nduty in a combat zone or dies of wounds inflicted in a combat zone\n\nand who, at the time of death, was a resident of this state or whose\n\nsurviving spouse, or parents, if no surviving spouse, are residents\n\nof this state.\n\nB. The Governor's office shall alert the Office of Management\n\nand Enterprise Services upon the death of any Oklahoma member of the\n\nUnited States Armed Forces. Prior to sending the flag to the\n\ndeceased's spouse or parents, the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services shall alert the deceased's member of the State\n\nSenate and House of Representatives so that a letter of condolence\n\nmay be sent with the flag. The Oklahoma flag shall be mailed to the\n\nsurviving spouse, or parents if no surviving spouse, by the Office\n\nof Management and Enterprise Services.\n\nC.
