Stat. tit. 72, § 72-63.13","heading":"Power to be exercised in conjunction with local public","body":"trust.\n\nThe Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs, acting by and\n\nthrough the Oklahoma Veterans Commission, in conjunction with the\n\nlocal public trust may:\n\n1. Make and enter into all contracts and agreements necessary\n\nor incidental to the performance of its duties and the execution of\n\nits powers pursuant to the provisions of this act, and particularly\n\nwithout limiting the generality of this section, to make and enter\n\ninto contracts and agreements with the separate instrumentalities,\n\ndepartments and agencies of the State of Oklahoma and/or federal\n\ngovernment, in order to effectuate the financing of the hospital and\n\nhealth care facilities;\n\n2. Employ legal counsel, and contract for investment and\n\ntrustee banking services, and credit support or enhancements, as may\n\nbe necessary in the judgment of the local public trust, and to fix\n\nthe fees, charges and compensation therefor; provided, that all such\n\nfees and expenses shall be payable solely from the proceeds of the\n\nbonds, or any investment earnings thereon, issued pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of this and/or any other legally available source;\n\n3.
