Stat. tit. 72, § 72-63.14","heading":"Payment of certain bonds","body":"The bonds issued by the local public trust, working in\n\nconjunction with the Department of Veterans Affairs, acting by and\n\nthrough the Oklahoma Veterans Commission, shall be payable from the\n\nfollowing:\n\n1. Fees, charges and payments, including any federal subsidies,\n\ngrants or contributions, received in respect to providing health\n\ncare to veteran patients at such facilities acquired, constructed\n\nand equipped with the proceeds of said bonds;\n\n2. Appropriations made in any fiscal year to the Department of\n\nVeterans Affairs for defraying costs associated with said\n\nfacilities; and\n\n3.
