The Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs shall be\n\nrequired to proceed with construction projects at veterans centers\n\nunder the control of the Oklahoma Veterans Commission from funds\n\ndesignated for these purposes.\n\nB. Projects shall be constructed in the order designated by\n\nUnited States Department of Veterans Affairs priorities.\n\nC.
