Stat. tit. 72, § 72-67.13","heading":"Expenditures and loans from fund","body":"The Oklahoma Veterans Commission shall have authority to make\n\nexpenditures or loans from the W.V.C. Revolving Fund for emergency\n\nfinancial aid in the maintenance or support of honorably discharged\n\nveterans or their spouses or surviving spouses who have been legal\n\nresidents of this state for a period of one (1) year next preceding\n\napplication for these benefits. Payments may be made from this fund\n\nby the Oklahoma Veterans Commission upon warrants drawn by the State\n\nTreasurer on claims approved by the Director of the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Veterans Affairs pursuant to the guidelines of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services.
