Stat. tit. 72, § 72-67.14","heading":"Petty Cash Fund","body":"There is hereby created a \"Petty Cash Fund\" for the Oklahoma\n\nVeterans Commission. The balance in the fund shall never exceed the\n\nsum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) which may be\n\nexpended for the purposes set forth in Section 67.13 of this title,\n\nwhen the Oklahoma Veterans Commission shall determine that the\n\nsituation of the applicant is so urgent as to require immediate\n\nfinancial aid. Provided that the \"Petty Cash Fund\" may be\n\nreimbursed by the State Treasurer upon the filing of the claim\n\nassigned to the \"W.V.C. Petty Cash Fund\", for the amount disbursed.\n\nThe reimbursement shall be made from the \"W.V.C. Revolving Fund\".\n\nFurther provided that if the emergency assistance allowed by this\n\nsection be made in the form of a loan to the applicant, the\n\napplicant's repayment of the loan shall be remitted to the State\n\nTreasurer for deposit to the credit of the W.V.C.
