Stat. tit. 72, § 72-68.2","heading":"Contracts with educational institutions for establishment","body":"of training courses.\n\nThe Soldiers Relief Commission is hereby authorized to enter\n\ninto contracts with the Board of Regents of any educational\n\ninstitution in the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education,\n\nsubject to the approval of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher\n\nEducation, for the purpose of providing such institution with the\n\nequipment and supplies necessary for the establishment, operation\n\nand maintenance of the Rehabilitation Center for the Severely\n\nHandicapped and for repair and replacement of said equipment and\n\nsupplies. Such contracts shall provide for the establishment of\n\nsuch training courses as may be determined by the Soldiers Relief\n\nCommission to be necessary for the achievement of the purposes of\n\nthis act; and shall provide for administration and operation of the\n\nRehabilitation Center by the Board of Regents of any Institution\n\nwith which such contract may be made, and shall require such Board\n\nof Regents to cooperate with the Veterans' Administration of the\n\nUnited States and all other state and federal agencies which may be\n\nauthorized to provide any funds, services or facilities which will\n\nassist in giving effect to the provisions of this act.","path":["OK Code","Title 72"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os72.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"2fc7829e973facba5c7c140beab0e847bf48158522f7dab7ed3f98bda6af16bd","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-72-72-68.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-72-72-7"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
