Stat. tit. 73, § 73-15.3","heading":"Assignment of parking for certain officials - Location -","body":"Reserved parking spaces.\n\nExcept as provided in subsections C and D of this section, the\n\nPresident Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives are empowered to designate the parking assignments\n\nand issue window stickers or other means of identification of\n\nelected and appointed officers and employees whose offices are in\n\nthe State Capitol Building in the parking areas described in this\n\nsection and Sections 11-1009 and 11-1010 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\nA. Except as provided in subsections C and D of this section,\n\nofficers and employees shall not park in any space in the following\n\ndescribed areas except as specified by the President Pro Tempore:\n\n1. The parking area traversed by the semicircular drive to the\n\nwest entrance of the State Capitol Building. This area shall have\n\nspecifically assigned parking places for state officers, including\n\nthe Governor, Lieutenant Governor, the President Pro Tempore of the\n\nSenate, the Attorney General, the State Treasurer, the State Auditor\n\nand Inspector, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, the Secretary\n\nof the State Election Board, and any other elected or appointed\n\nstate officer or employee so designated by the President Pro\n\nTempore;\n\n2. The parking area west of the State Capitol Building and\n\nnorth of the West Gatehouse;\n\n3. All parking spaces west of the halfway point along the north\n\ncurb of Northeast 21st Street to the southernmost parking spaces in\n\nthe south parking area, except those designated in subsections C and\n\nD of this section;\n\n4. In the parking area located east of Lincoln Boulevard,\n\nthirty-seven parking spaces in the southwest portion of the parking\n\narea, south and southwest of the tunnel entrance, and north of\n\nNortheast 21st Street; and\n\n5. Seventy-eight parking spaces in the northeast portion of the\n\nparking area identified as the first three rows of parking spaces\n\nwest of North Phillips Avenue.\n\nB. Except as provided in subsections C and D of this section,\n\nofficers and employees shall not park in any space in the following\n\ndescribed areas except as specified by the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives:\n\n1. The parking area east of the State Capitol Building and\n\nnorth of the East Gatehouse;\n\n2. All parking spaces east of the halfway point along the north\n\ncurb of Northeast 21st Street to the southernmost parking spaces in\n\nthe south parking area, except those designated in subsections C and\n\nD of this section;\n\n3. In the parking area located east of Lincoln Boulevard, the\n\none hundred fifty-four parking spaces east of the east entrance of\n\nNortheast 21st Street and south of the north curbline of the\n\nentrance from North Phillips Avenue;\n\n4. The sixty parking spaces located in the fourth, fifth, and\n\nsixth rows of the northeast portion of the parking area located west\n\nof North Phillips Avenue and north of the north curbline of the\n\nNorth Phillips Avenue entrance into the parking area; and\n\n5. The five parking spaces west of the sixth row of parking\n\nspaces in the northeast portion of the parking lot and north of the\n\nnorth curbline of the North Phillips Avenue entrance into the\n\nparking area.\n\nC. The Governor shall designate the parking assignments for the\n\nparking spaces immediately on the north and south sides of the first\n\nparking island south of the oil well.\n\nD. The southernmost row of parking spaces in the south parking\n\nlot shall be reserved for the Department of Public Safety for the\n\npurpose of creating a large vehicle inspection station. The\n\nDepartment of Public Safety shall be permitted to post appropriate\n\nsignage related to the inspection station of large vehicles along\n\nLincoln Boulevard (northbound and southbound lanes) and at the\n\ngatehouses for both the Senate and the House of Representatives.\n\nE. All parking spaces not otherwise assigned by the President\nety for the\n\npurpose of creating a large vehicle inspection station. The\n\nDepartment of Public Safety shall be permitted to post appropriate\n\nsignage related to the inspection station of large vehicles along\n\nLincoln Boulevard (northbound and southbound lanes) and at the\n\ngatehouses for both the Senate and the House of Representatives.\n\nE. All parking spaces not otherwise assigned by the President\n\nPro Tempore pursuant to subsection A of this section, assigned by\n\nthe Speaker of the House of Representatives pursuant to subsection B\n\nof this section, or designated by the Governor pursuant to\n\nsubsection C of this section in the parking area south of the\n\nCapitol Plaza and the parking area that lies east of the State\n\nCapitol Building on the east side of Lincoln Boulevard shall be\n\nreserved for visitors.\n\nF. It shall be the duty of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services to maintain all streets, roads, and state-owned\n\nparking lots within the boundaries of the State Capitol Park,\n\nincluding striping and painting of parking spots, or otherwise\n\nproviding signage as assigned or designated by the President Pro\n\nTempore of the Senate, Speaker of the House of Representatives, or\n\nGovernor pursuant to this section.
