Stat. tit. 73, § 73-151","heading":"Purpose","body":"The purpose of this act is to provide adequate and suitable\n\nspace for offices and other necessary uses for all departments and\n\nagencies of the state, particularly the ones now paying or which\n\nhereafter may be required to pay rent, and for the purpose of\n\nincreasing the efficiency of the operation of state departments and\n\nagencies, and to eventually cause the State of Oklahoma to receive\n\nall the benefit of the rents now being paid by state departments and\n\nagencies.
