Stat. tit. 73, § 73-153-C","heading":"Transfer of property to Department of Public Safety","body":"Any building or buildings erected, operated and maintained by\n\nthe Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority, for the State Department\n\nof Public Safety, from the proceeds of the sale of bonds pursuant to\n\nTitle 73, Oklahoma Statutes 1971, Section 153-A, shall upon the\n\nredemption of said bonds as provided by this act be transferred from\n\nthe Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority to the State of Oklahoma.\n\nThereafter, the management, maintenance and operation of the\n\ntransferred property shall become the responsibility and be under\n\nthe control of the State Department of Public Safety.
