Stat. tit. 73, § 73-158.1","heading":"Article X, § 29 certificate required for bonds – Prima","body":"facie evidence.\n\nAll bonds issued hereunder shall have on the backs thereof the\n\ncertificate required by Section 29 of Article X of the Constitution\n\nof Oklahoma. Such bonds and any bonds or other obligations issued\n\nby the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority shall be submitted to\n\nthe Attorney General of Oklahoma for examination; and such bonds,\n\nwhen having been examined and certified as legal obligations by the\n\nAttorney General in accordance with such requirements as he or she\n\nmay make, shall be incontestable in any court in the State of\n\nOklahoma unless suit thereon shall be brought in a court having\n\njurisdiction thereof within thirty (30) days from the date of such\n\napproval.
