Stat. tit. 73, § 73-162","heading":"Transaction of business for profit by members or employees","body":"prohibited - Penalty.\n\nA. It shall be unlawful for any member or employee of the\n\nAuthority to transact with the Authority, either directly or\n\nindirectly, any business for profit of such member or employee; and\n\nany person, firm, or corporation knowingly participating therein\n\nshall be equally liable for violation of this provision.\n\nB. The term “business for profit” shall include, but not be\n\nlimited to, the acceptance or payment of any fee, commission, gift\n\nor consideration to such member or employee.\n\nC.
