Stat. tit. 73, § 73-163","heading":"State departments and agencies to pay rents","body":"In order to prevent any defaults or threatened defaults in the\n\npayment of said bonds, the Authority is hereby authorized and\n\nempowered, in cooperation with the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services, to require state departments and agencies to be\n\nhoused in a building and to pay rent for the use and occupancy of\n\nsaid building. Rents paid by state departments and agencies and all\n\nother revenues received by the Authority shall be placed in the\n\nOklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority Fund for the purpose of\n\nmaintenance of said buildings and retiring said bonds.
