Stat. tit. 73, § 73-168.1","heading":"Payment for lands acquired by other state agencies -","body":"Conveyance of title.\n\nThe Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority may pay to any state\n\nagency that has acquired any of the lands described in Section 168\n\nof this title, the cost of such acquisition from bond proceeds; and\n\ntitle to such land, and to any other land that shall have been\n\nacquired by a state agency for use by the Oklahoma Capitol\n\nImprovement Authority, shall be conveyed by the Office of Public\n\nAffairs to the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority. Provided,\n\nthat the following described tract of land shall be used by the\n\nOffice of Public Affairs as a site for the building to be\n\nconstructed from the State of Oklahoma Institutional Building Bonds\n\nof 1965 Fund for the use of the Oklahoma State Library:\n\nA tract of land containing approximately four (4) acres in\n\nOklahoma City, bounded on the north by Northeast Eighteenth\n\nStreet, on the west by Walnut Avenue, on the south by property\n\nowned by the City of Oklahoma City, and on the east by a line\n\n580 feet east of and parallel to the center line of Walnut\n\nAvenue.\n\nAny amount received by a state agency pursuant to the provisions of\n\nthis section shall be used to reimburse the fund or funds from which\n\npayment for the land was originally made.
