Stat. tit. 73, § 73-168.10b","heading":"Obligation Defeasance Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority to be designated the\n\n\"Obligation Defeasance Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all appropriations and deposits made for the purpose of\n\nfully defeasing obligations issued pursuant to Section 168.10 of\n\nTitle 73 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
