Stat. tit. 73, § 73-169","heading":"Payment of bonds - Rights of holders - Commingling","body":"prohibited.\n\nThe Capitol Improvement Authority is authorized to provide for\n\nthe payment of such bonds and the rights of the holders thereof as\n\nprovided in 73 O.S. 1971, Section 153, for other bonds issued by the\n\nAuthority and to accomplish this end is further specifically\n\nauthorized to assess and collect such appropriate rental charges as\n\nmay be necessary for the payment of such bonds for space occupied in\n\nbuildings which have been remodeled or renovated under the\n\nprovisions of Section 168 of this title; provided that the bonds\n\nissued hereunder, the income and revenues from the projects herein\n\nauthorized, and the expenses of operating such projects shall not be\n\ncommingled with the bonds heretofore issued or the income and\n\nrevenues of the buildings heretofore built or the expenses of\n\noperating such buildings.","path":["OK Code","Title 73"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os73.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8a0b50ff190d0d60f44bf59c114829144bb175980c9257d7b1aa361cd7b6b83e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-73-73-168.8","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-73-73-170"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
