Stat. tit. 73, § 73-170","heading":"Provisions governing","body":"The provisions of 73 O.S. 1961, Sections 151 through 153\n\ninclusive, and Sections 155 through 166, inclusive, insofar as the\n\nsame are not in conflict herewith, shall apply to and govern the\n\nproceedings under this act, and the execution of the authorization\n\nherein contained. All mandates, authorizations and conditions\n\ntherein prescribed shall be applicable to this act.
